Detoxification is a process where you eliminate toxic substances from your body and this can be done by simply incorporating a few detox drinks in your diet. Let’s take a look at a few recipes.
Lemonade Cleanse
This detox drink is quite easy to make. All you need to do is mix two table spoons of fresh lemon juice to about two tablespoons of purple maple syrup. Now add a tenth of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper along with eight ounces of purified water. Voila! Your detox drink is ready. Six to eight glasses a day of this mix will work beautifully.

To make this drink, you will need 3 carrots, 3 kale leaves, 2 beets, 2 celery stalks, half a bunch of spinach, half a cabbage, 1 turnip, half a bunch of parsley, half an onion and 2 garlic cloves. Add all of this in your blender with water and puree to make yourself a strong detox drink!
Fresh Cranberry Drink
Cranberries are known to prevent ulcers and urinary tract infections. This is why taking 2 glasses of 16oz of this drink can become a great health regime for all healthy adults. All you need to do is dilute a part of cranberry juice in 4 parts water then add a table spoon of psyllium fiber and apple pectin to the mix and you’re good to go!
