The Guide
- To get started, clean your nails with acetone. For hygiene purposes, cut and file them. Cut them in the shape you would like.
- Fill a tub with hot water and squeeze some shampoo or soap. Toss in lemon and add marigold petals (or any other flower petals).
- Gently massage moisturizing cream or preferably honey on your nails to soften them up. After this, soak your feet in the tub of hot water.
- After about 20 minutes, dry your feet and nails, and clean the nails with a brush. Use a pumice stone to remove the dead skin cells from your heels. Then, clean your nails using a cuticle pusher.
- To even out any discoloration, rub lemon slices on your skin.
- Pull out any remaining dead skin cells using loofah.
- Once you’re through, dry your feet again.
- In a bowl, mix honey, lemon and cream, and apply the mixture on your feet.
