Your own features can really come out if you work hard on your jaw line and cheekbones no matter what you think you look like. To get there, you should definitely try out these exercises that if performed daily can really help you sharpen the contours of your face.
The first exercise will target your double chin and sagging cheeks – the two main problem areas.
Seat yourself comfortably in a well-aligned posture. Slowly raise your head up and look at the ceiling. Try to stretch out your lips as if you’re kissing the roof and hold out the stretch for 5 seconds. Alternatively, push your jaw towards the ceiling as you look up. You can do these exercises for ten counts, 5 seconds each.
The fish face focuses on the cheekbones that also create a stretch in the chin muscles. Suck in air from your cheeks to form an extreme pout and hold it for 5-7 seconds then stretch out your face in a huge smile. Beam ridiculously and hold it out for 8 seconds. Relax and repeat at least 5 times, twice in a day.
3. Tongue Press
Tongue presses are the easiest exercise you can do just about anywhere. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth and hold it in. Then slowly take your head down towards your chest while keeping the tongue intact above. Hold this for a few seconds and relax. You’ll feel a stretch in your neck muscles which will help reduce the double chin. If done thrice daily in 3 sets, you’ll definitely see results in a month’s time.
Facial exercises reap slow results but once you start seeing them, you’ll realize all your efforts have been worth it!
