Gelatin, on the other hand, contains glutathione, an antioxidant that fights free radicals and helps protect your skin.

To make the mask you need 1 teaspoon activated charcoal, 1 teaspoon gelatin and 1 teaspoon water. Melt all three ingredients over a double boiler, mix it together and apply on your nose once the mixture is cooled. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then peel the mask off.
