If you have been eating unhealthy or having too much fun at one too many happy hours, you know you need an immediate cleanse. Here is where detoxifying comes in handy if we need a cleanse. Before going on a juice cleanse or a detox, it is important to remember the juices or smoothies must be organic, home-made, and freshly pressed. We must also ensure that these detox juices have seasonal fruits and vegetables, no added sugar or preservatives, no flavor enhancers, and should contain sufficient vitamins and minerals.
The recipes mentioned below have been tried and tested by many who have greatly benefited from them. My recipes consist more of smoothies and less of cold-pressed juices, but nevertheless both have helped me immensely and hopefully, if you try, you will see the wonderful changes I felt too.

Incorporating these drinks in your daily routine can help put you on the path of betterment.
