The Best Skincare Routine for Dry Skin

Taking care of dry skin is as tough as it is looking after your oily skin. You’re constantly applying moisturizers, creams, lotions, or whatever you could get your hands on, to keep your skin moisturized.

You should know that by following a consistent skin care regime you can easily get moisturized and radiant skin.  Here is what you need to do in order to fix dry skin.

Use a Moisturizing Cleanser

As soon as you get up in the morning, wash your face with cool water. This will instantly refresh your skin.

For cleansing your face, make sure that you use a cleanser that is high in pH level. You must also cleanse your face with the same moisturizing cleanser before you go to bed at night.

Rose Water as a Facial Toner

Once your skin is cleansed, wet a soft cotton ball with rose water and dab it all over your face. The rose water will help tone the skin, without drying it out.

Use a Sunscreen

Whenever you go out in the sun, slather on an SPF of 30 or more on your skin.  Go for a sunscreen that not only protects your skin from harmful sunrays but also keeps your skin moisturized.

Keep Your Lips Moisturized

For that, you will need to have a good-quality lip balm/moisturizer with you. Applying a lip balm will prevent your lips from getting dry and chapped.

Ensure that you use a long-lasting butter lip moisturizer. This way, your lips will stay smooth all day long.

Apply a Night Cream

The night is the time when most of the skin repair occurs. If you use the right skin products, your skin would stay healthy always.

It is necessary that you keep your skin moisturized all night long by applying a thick, nourishing night cream.

Follow this routine for a week at least and you’ll see a remarkable difference in your skin!
