Is Green Tea Really Healthy for Your Body?Green tea‘s healthy beverage status has reached epic heights. It has been named the “Miracle Herb” and had been lauded for its healing abilities. Nowadays, it has gained popularity mainly for shedding stubborn fat and losing weight.  The major health benefits of green tea are:
