5 Steps Skin Care Routine for a Glowing Skin

While there are multiple routines, regimes, products and what not out there for glowing and beautiful skin, there are some essentials you must follow. These essentials, regardless the ethnicity, skin type, color or age, are essential.

So here is our absolutely essential 5 step skin care routine for glowing skin.

Wash your face

Cleansing your face is extremely important. Your day should start with cleansing your face and using the right product for it is also very crucial. Washing your face is vital for removing the oil and dirt, and all other pollutants. So remember to wash your face at least twice a day and try to use an organic face cleanser or an oil cleanser.

Exfoliate

You need to remember that the top layer or your skin is dead which often leads to too many dead skin cells building up and clogging your pores, making your skin look dull – giving it a grey sheen and causing roughness. Now cleansing and moisturizing helps a lot, however, it is important to exfoliate at least twice a week if you have sensitive skin otherwise you can even exfoliate daily (using a mild exfoliator). Exfoliating also ensures blood circulation which helps give the skin a natural glow.

Tone it up!

No matter what your skin type is, using a toner is a must! Even after cleansing the skin, some oil and dirt particles may be left behind. A toner helps get rid of that remaining gunk and helps balance the pH level of our skin. Toning also preps the skin to be able to absorb all the other products you apply.

Eye cream

Using an eye cream daily does a lot more than just what we think it does. Eye creams tend to be a lot thicker than regular creams. They contain more oil than your daily moisturizer. The reason behind this is that they are especially formulated for the delicate skin around the eye area. They have a lot of active ingredients aimed for the problems we see around the eye area such as fine lines, discoloration and sagging.

Moisturize

Dehydrated skin leads to a whole lot of problems which include dry flaky skin, excess oil production and of course the dreaded most, wrinkles, fine lines and discoloration. Using a good moisturizer helps reduce the chances of all these issues by a great margin. You must remember to moisturize your face twice daily. In the morning use a moisturizer with SPF for a better result. At night however, use a thicker moisturizer so that it keeps your skin hydrated all night and helps plump up the skin for the next morning.

Make sure you are using the right products for your skin type and using the right quantity of it all. We recommend using DermaSet 3D Renewal Science in order to follow all five steps for the best glowing skin results.
