Healthy glowing skin is a combination of different factors such as diet, skincare and lifestyle. Your diet, however, plays a huge role in the way your skin looks. In order to have glowing, plump skin which ages well you must focus on your diet! The more anti-oxidants you consume in your diet, the more free-radicals (basically unstable particles floating around our body which can damage the skin by trying to grab an extra electron from atoms) in the skin will affect your skin and breakdown more and more collagen and elastin.
Now the most important tip we can give is to stay hydrated! Secondly, maintain a healthy and balanced diet consistently.
Now that we have the boring stuff out of the way, let’s discuss these yummy yet healthy snacks for a healthy and glowing skin:
Fruit and Nut Mix
The simplest snack for glowing skin and internal health is fruits. Mixing some fresh fruits up with nuts make it all the more beneficial and tastes fantastic too. Here are some combinations that we love.
-Raw walnuts or almonds + 1 banana
-Raw cashew nuts + Fresh blueberries (1 cup)
-Raw pistachio nuts + Strawberries (2 cups sliced)
Coffee, banana and almond smoothie is our top favorite
-1/2 cup black brewed coffee (or 1/2 cup water)

-1 or 2 medium frozen bananas
Just blend these ingredients together and add some ice.

Avocados help your body absorb many fat-soluble vitamins which also help protect your skin from sun damage.
By far the most delicious and easy recipe for glowing skin is Avocado on toast.
– One ripe avocado
– Slices of brown bread
– Salt and pepper for taste
All you need to do is chop up the avocado and put it on two crunchy slices of bread and enjoy!
Kale has been all the hype and more! This vegetable is full of the skin’s favorite anti-aging vitamins A, C, E, and vitamin K.
